So spring is coming up... Us gym rats know exactly what that means: Cutting season!
That's right, now that winter is passing by (kind of...) we need to start getting ready for Spring and Summer time. That means lowering the caloric intake at home, raising the reps at the gym, and catching up with the good ole cardio!
Today I officially started with half am hour on the resistance machine (lack of stairclimber at my gym), as well as hitting the abs to define them.
I'll be shedding a couple pounds over the next months and hopefully acquire aesthetics while disregarding mass.
Anyone else doing so, props to you, since this isn't the most pleasant thing to do.

Been cutting since December 1st man. Sucks being hungry but lookin in the mirror makes it all worth it amirite? I put a really good workout split on my blog, and will have lots more fitness info to come so keep checkin back!

Been walking on incline 9.0 at 3.0mps every day for 30 minutes. Strength is still good.
